Q: Do I have to have a Paypal account to purchase Pink Pockets online?

A: No. Although we use PayPal to process and protect your payment, you can choose to use your PayPal Account or a major credit card. When you select checkout you will be taken to Paypal to checkout but will be given the option to use a major credit if you do not have a Paypal account.

 

Q: Are Pink Pockets really Pink? I hate that color.

A: Pink Pockets are actually NOT pink. Well, not all of them anyway. Pink Pockets are created from soft 100% cotton flannel in a cheerful palette of colors and prints. While we currently do not offer a choice of fabric because our inventory changes frequently, you may request a specific color and we will try our best to accommodate. If you have a preference, just note this in the ‘Special Instructions’ as you are checking out through PayPal. If pink is definitely not your thing, just tell us to “Hold the Pink!”

 

Q: This is a gift for someone. Can I include a gift card?

A: Absolutely! Pink Pockets’ one-size feature is what makes it a very thoughtful and practical gift because you don’t have to guess at someone’s shirt or gown size. If you want to include a free gift card with your purchase, just include your message in the ‘Special Instructions’ section of PayPal and we will enclose your sentiments in a special hand-written note.

 

Q: My surgery is in two days! Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes. Just select the expedited shipping option as you check out through PayPal. Because we know how helpful Pink Pockets can be for patients, we fulfill every order within 24 hours of receipt and normal shipping is through the United States Postal Service, which generally allows for delivery within 3 business days in the United States and 7 to 14 days internationally, depending on the country.

 

Q: I work as a Patient Navigator in a breast surgeon’s office. We would like to place a large order of Pink Pockets to dispense to our patients. Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?
